they called me after i received multiple text in my phone asking about transaction that they tried to do that were not ones i made they read them to me over phone everything on my chime acct they knew every transaction i made they read them off to me and ask if i was the one to make this transaction i said yes or to them and there were a couple on there i did not do so they said i would need a new card and i informed them i had to pay my bills and needed access to my money immediately and they said if i sent money i would get a new acct immediately and not worry so i sent money to [email protected] he put me on hold came back had me confirm after giving me a new password which was secureChime09 then told me to confirm so i did and then i was to wait for email from chime
