I got 3 consecutively placed calls to my cellphone. She said she was with chime. She mentioned someone was trying to take $900 from my account, this person was from ohio. She seemed to know I got a recently deposited amount, and was accurate on the amount of that deposit...then she asked if the last four dgits of my account was __ _ _ _ and I told her I dont know, it's not here with me. Then I got worried this was a phishiing call, said goodbye, hung up. Got ahold of chime, they said they dont call people...they text instead if theres a problem.

The scammer presented to be a customer representative with chime. They sent a text message to my phone that looks like it was sent from chime saying that my account was locked and to give a call to the number to unlock my account. My card wouldn’t work when I tried making an in store purchase due to the billing and I tried fixing it many times. I just want my money back.
