I received in the mail a Chime VISA Debit card that included my name and an account number. The letter asked that I activate my debit card. I never asked for one.

When I tried to reach the business by mail there was no answer. I ended up emailing their support team where I was told the only way they could close this account was if I sent them a picture of a drivers license/state issued ID AND a picture of me holding that card.
