I called this company to get an estimate for building a new chimney. I mentioned this to the scheduler when I made the appointment, and she said this was fine. When the tech arrived, he thought he was here to clean the chimney and wasn't sure if his company could rebuild our leaning chimney or not. However, he said he would check with the office and get back to me. When I followed up to see where the estimate was, they stated they couldn't do this type of job. This is when I asked for a refund since I paid $100.00 for an estimate that was never received. I've called several times, leaving messages for "Ron," the owner. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting for a return phone call and my refund.
