The company poses as a chimney inspection and cleaning company, but the technicians do not actually do any of the work you are paying for. The so-called chimney cleaning involves brushing soot all over your home. When you called to speak with the manager, it becomes clear that it is not a legitimate company, as you only speak with an answering service overseas, and there is no manager ever available to speak to you.
