Ms. Chloe Watson, owner of Chloe canine care, is running an scam on Facebook, under adorable pitbull dogs for adoption near me. We talk, and she told me she wS in the United States, in Hagerstown Maryland, since i live in west Virginia. I believe her story, she said 100.00 and i could buy a puppy from her, and she would deliver it to me.then she text and told me she needed 200.00 to have it delivered. I had my friend use his PayPal account to pay her, he told me that the money was being converted to United Kingdom correcy. Any she texted again asking for 600.00 ,i then told her please refund the money i sent, and keep the puppy. Iam on S.S.I. And couldn't afford to keep sending her money i didn't have to send. She said she would refund my money back never did.
