Phone call saying that they could apply my Duke Energy refund to me account. I said that information I received was a check. After a brief discussion she admitted that she was with choice energy and wanted to offer me a electric change.

How many older Americans would let this scam and fraud steal money and switch under the guise they was applying a refund to thier bill which I think is not allowed under the agreement and realty is they would apply this to a new energy switch. This is fraud by deception.
