They sign you up,and they want thier service people to come to service!! Topeka Kansas does not work with them anymore because they make it impossible to pay for a 27 yr old central air replacement,they want to fix!! So I get Blue Dot in Topeka to come out and they sent in the photos and damage report!! Well not enough they want more,and did not approve, 20 below in Topeka on the 15th, thats when the new furnace when in!! I have a 2yr old I have in the house, they said they did not approve so no pay!!! They had all the papers since Oct 3rd,never looked only said they recieved!! They are scamming all of us, and do not work with you!! They only pay for a furnance not the air even that they have the paper work and photos on both!! My concern is that they make it impossible to do all they ask for and the older you are,am 77 on my own and its breaking me down!! The are #1 in Home Warranty and this is the nightmare and money they take from you! If the claim is small no problem, but a furnace replace,No No!! They want you to give up,the agent sail we will give you one hundred fifty dollars and go away,we are closing your claim!! How would YOU like all this scam if you thought they were #1 as they tell you!!

Choicehomewatranty.com fraudulently charged my credit card $55 a month for one year until I found out one day of these charges without my consent. And when I called them to dispute it they only offered to refund 6 months. You need to get your credit card involved right away and check your statements frequently. They even had the audacity to offer me a lower tier discount if I stayed with them. Be very careful!
