I was evacuated from Hurricane in Florida. To Tennessee. And ended up in hospital The hotel kick my family out of rm 230 and 229 and put in rm 231. After checking out they charged me for room 229 if though we did not occupy. We checked out early and and they still have charged me full price for 231 and 229. I have attempted to manager and they refuse to give me my money back

Of $374 for room 229 which did not

Occupied and 231 that we checked out early and a refund of $213.52 which was a suite and he stated he would charge us same room for our inconvenience. Deet

Tatel Is not honest and they need to look into this place.

Lasted noted a purchase alert from my financial institution came in stating I made a 200.00 purchase. I immediately called to notify them that I had not. Navy Federal Credit Union Fraud Dept identity theft and fraud department identified the purchase attempted to be made in Elizabeth New Jersey. Cancelled my card and recommended that I order a new.

I booked this hotel for 90$ with Expedia. When I got in the hotel to stay in my room with my husband and 2 month old son, the "owner" at the front told me there would be an additional upcharge of 100$ for the rooms "expenditures" I asked what the expenditures were and he said it was if I "stole a pillow". So I tried to pay for it with the card I used for Expedia since he said I could only pay for it with a card with the same name as on Expedias website. I tried and he told me my cashapp card wasn't a bank card. It works through Sutton bank so I know that's false. I then asked him for a refund and he told me the same thing. That it wasn't a bank card and I'd have to contact Expedia. Well I did contact Expedia later. And they called the same hotel and asked him if he wanted to give me a refund. He said "no" for the same reason. Even cashapps bank said he could've easily done the refund, but he didn't want to.
