I ordered a pair of shoes only for a delay in shipment. I then contacted them about shipping and they provided me with a tracking number and when i looked it up it went to a tracking site called 17track.net. It seemed to be a fake tracking site. It stated that my shoes were delivered in my mailbox and when i contacted them again they told me to check with my neighbors and family seeing if they might of picked them up. I wrote them back and told them that nobody got mail for me as i had checked and i haven’t heard back from them. Later did i realize i got scammed and I’ll never receive the shoes. So disheartening. Please learn from my mistake and don’t purchase from these people.

It was for on cloud running shoes for 29.99 plus 8.99 for shipping. I tried to call the number for the company and it’s not a working number. I also emailed the company and got fake emails back saying the site was messed up and that we could not track the shipment. Ordered shoes on the 20th and now the site says they were delivered on the 23 in mailbox. Through 17 track shipping which I have never heard of. Never go a purchase email or a shipping email. I have cancelled the card use for purchase and will dispute the charges.
