Contacted ph_chomoev on instagram for a photo shoot. Paid 30% deposit of asking price of $300 to book a date.

He sends a contract that he would have copyrights to my photos and not me. I don’t sign the contract and asked him to return deposit. He said he’ll return in 2-3 days but stopped responding and never returned deposit.
