I placed an order on May 6, 2024. I received tracking information which shows that it took well over a month for delivery, I got a tracking message saying that the package was delivered but it was never delivered. I have cameras on my front porch and backyard that alert me to a package delivery or motion on my porch. I have no record of any delivery, because it never happened. I kept emailing the company at the email address provided but kept getting the run around saying that it was on the way and then after checking the tracking information, the claim was that it was delivered but a delivery never happened.

I read reviews from other customers who had the same experience, never receiving their orders.
