On Tuesday October 6th 2020 I send to Mr. Juan Carlos Ortiz Brocobullies14 through cash app the amount of 1,000 @5:58pm to hold into a female bullie puppy due to he sells this dogs. He promised the littler for November in which that never happened and Mr. Juan Carlos Ortiz failed to bring his female bullie to the veterinarian to make sure her dog was pregnant and she wasn't pregnant at all she was bloated I fim out through another customer who was waiting for the same littler and Mr. Juan Carlos Ortiz notified them about his dog was bloated but he NEVER reached me to let me know. I contacted Mr. Juan Carlos Ortiz wife and she replied to my txt msg that deposit are not refundable and I requested my money back due to I NEVER signed any contract with them and I had another conversation by txt msg with Mr. Juan Carlos Ortiz but he and his wife doesn't want to refund my money. This is a scam, they don't take care properly from these dogs and he lives in another address and they have these dogs by themselves in the address above. I am concerned about the dogs safety. Mr. Juan Carlos Ortiz send me by email the contract after I send him the deposit of $1,000 but I NEVER signed the contract. His business is not registered at the city of Florida so he doesn't pay taxes to the city or federal, and I am not the only person who Mr. Juan Carlos Ortiz and his wife scammed.
