This guy claims to be a website designer and is calling nationwide to sell websites. He does not have a website or any other information online. He starts by calling stating he can design this amazing site. Then he sets up a small site and states it has all the criteria discussed. It is not true. There is NO commitment for him to set up this small site. No contract in advance - nothing. If you choose not to move forward he starts to harass you on the telephone and online. Online he takes the site that he designs and changes it to be slandering towards the business. example- taking off data and adding a clown and calling the business a clown while it is connected to some online listings. He is harassing.
