He says has puppies available and will ship them to you, has you fill out information, sends you pictures, even has a pet carrier service which is also a scam trying to get you to pay an extra $960, we sent him $646 for a puppy and when we wouldn't give him the additional $960 he blocked us and will not respond to anything.

Contacted business by phone for a puppy. Sent deposit via western union. Spoke with business via phone after deposit received and they directed me to wire additional funds for flight and insurance to transport puppy via air transportation. After wiring a total of $1,600.00, business blocked my phone number.
