Horrible, scam!!

This company does not even deserve 1 star. I have called, texted and sent multiple emails and never heard a response back until after i was charged for a membership fee. When i purchased i had no idea i was also forced to purchase a membership and when i asked for a refund i received a message from Anna and Ashley telling me the only way I’ll get the membership fee refunded is if i return the order that I purchased separately. They are absolutely crazy! Worst company and a complete scam. Don’t give them your money. I have also advised all my friends and family against such a horrible and untrustworthy “business”

Type of a scam Online Purchase

This store advertises products online. If you purchase a product, which I did, you are billed automatically EVERY MONTH for $13.95 for 'membership' which puts you on their spam email list, essentially. There is NO billing statement, it just shows on the credit card. When I tried to log in to their website to cancel, it says I do not have an account, which makes sense, since I never created an account. I emailed them using email provided. They claim they respond to all emails within 24 hours. I never heard anything but continued to be billed. Tried emailing and calling again - no response. Tried texting - no response. I had to cancel my credit card, which is a huge pain due to all the accounts it is linked to. This company is a scam through and through and sadly they use the name "Christ" in their title.
