Stated that my account was to be closed unless I arranged a payment plan TODAY. I checked my app and made a payment, realizing that both emails and voicemail I received didn’t add up to being “sent to collections” or “closing my account”. Did not click anything in the emails nor call back the number but could tell they were scams after comparing real emails from my bank.
