Ordered a Christmas tree (actually advertised as 2 for 1) on Nov 3. For $42.98. On Nov. 10 got email that product had been shipped. It was never received. I have contacted them 3-5 times. Product could not be tracked thru the shipping company. Said the product was processed thru USPS - false. Tracking number given was not viable.
