On 8/8/22 there was an ad on Facebook about sale of Christmas trees from Balsam Hill Warehouse through the site Christmasusshop.com. I made a purchase of a tree for $100.38 using my Mastercard. The receipt didn't provide any contact info and I didn't receive any further confirmation of my order from this company. I have not received the product. I became suspicious when the charge reflected payment to Enervest Investment, LLC (SQ*Enervest Inves) in Houston. I disputed the charge with Mastercard and was refunded my money. However, Enervest rebutted the dispute. I did not realize this until I received a letter recently that my dispute was being denied because I didn't provide a signed response to their rebutted claim. I do not recall receiving anything as I would have certainly provided the requested document. Four months later and I still have not received the tree I ordered. I believe I have been scammed and I have no idea the relationship between Christmasusshop.com and Enervest Investment LLC.
