I placed an online order with this company December 3, 2023. I received an email confirming the order but the order number was missing. The email said I should receive the item between 8-14 days and if shipping was delayed then I would receive an email. There was also an email address listed that I could contact if there were any problems. My bank account was charge $32 for the purchase on December 5, 2023. Then December 20, 2023 another charge for $30 posted to my bank account from this company. I have emailed the company four times with no response. I also called two numbers that I found on their website. One was a non working number and the other was a recorded message saying to email them for a faster response. I also called a third number that was on the bank transaction. I got the same recorded message.

i ordered something from this website, the shipping label was created but tracking has not updated since. usps also has recognized that tracking is not updating. i made the original purchase october 23rd 2023, for $32. on november 4th an additional $30 was charged to my card. i emailed the company- to which i am getting automated emails back. their phone number just says to email them. on their facebook page there are other people who have been scammed by them commenting on their account.
