Got a call from 844-661-8919. They had an accent so it was hard to understand the name of their company I believe it was chs or ch assist. They said they were a collection agency calling to collect debt from a loan of 450 that I got through my bank before 2011 and now the balance was 670 on it. They said if I didn't start making payments that it would go to the legal department and reflect on my social security number. They had the name of my bank my previous place of employment my social security number and an incorrect address. It is impossible for me to have acquired a loan during this time because I didn't even have a bank account or a job until 2013. I was still in high school in 2011 when the matter was supposed to have occurred. When I asked for the address to speak to someone in person they said they have 48 locations with no location near me. And would just say that I had to pay over the phone and talk to them over the phone. After I said I would go to the legal department myself and get this matter resolved the woman said I couldn't talk to anyone in person and said good luck and hung up.
