I had purchased two sets of brass knuckles on their website labeled 'SMALL 3.5" BELT BUCKLE/ PAPER WEIGHT- BLUE & BLACK' for $25.94, plus $10 2-day shipping for a grand total of $35.94. I had ordered them on 04/29/2019, and the product has never showed up. I tried to contact them using their support email [email protected], but as I sent the email (through gmail0, i get an immediate response notifying me the email address could not be found! Even when I tried to create an account there was never an email sent to me to verify my information, the links to their social medias are just links back to the website. I have seen other complaints about this company on different sites like loox.com saying that this site is a scam. I will be contacting my bank!!
