I contacted this company over two months ago to get some dead trees and limbs removed. He came and gave me a quote immediately. I paid him $500 “to get on his calendar” which was 1/3 of the money owed for the completed job. After multiple reschedulings he finally came and cut down 2 trees. He was on my property for 17 minutes which I have video proof of. This was $200 of the job. He left my property that day telling me he needed to be somewhere quick and went to go cut down a neighbors tree that had stopped by and asked when he would be available. (Again, video proof.) Since this time I have been given 11 days he would show up to finish, told multiple stories of medical emergencies for his family, told how he is unable to work because of his injuries, been told he has hired new employees to finish the job, and that he has no money so he cannot refund me the money I gave over 2 months ago. During all this time the only contact there has been is the times I have contacted him. He promises to show up repeatedly then I call the next day to see why he didn’t. There is always a new story. All might be true, but if so, he was hired to do a job that he is unable to do and refuses to give me my money back so I can hire someone who will actually do the work. Also, while he claims he is unable to work I had someone message him about getting a quote. He immediately responded saying he was available to come by anytime and called them several times when they didn’t respond back to him. He is clearly only after the upfront money “to get on his calendar” with no intention of doing the jobs he gets paid for.
