I ordered 3 wigs. They did not send me what I ordered. In fact, the wigs look like wigs that someone would order from a Halloween store. I was definitely misled by this company. They listed reviews and showed videos and models of actual YouTubers on their website wearing the wigs they claim to provide. I purchased these items under the impression that I would receive exactly what I ordered and that is not at all what happened. I noticed a problem after I submitted my payment on Paypal and noticed the contact information for the "company" didn't at all match what the website said. This is the email listed on PayPal: [email protected]. The name or information listed on Paypal reads as follows: he nan nu ming fu zhuang mao yi you xian gong si. Honestly, if I had seen ANY of that when I logged in to PayPal to make the payment, I NEVER would have purchased these items. When I reported abuse to PayPal, they couldn't resolve the issue because the transaction hadn't yet been processed. After receiving my items on this date, August 14, 2020, I logged in to PayPal to file another dispute. They could not resolve the issue saying that it had already been resolved. I also submitted a complaint to the address on my email [email protected]. They neither acknowledged receiving the email or responded to my email.
