I paid this website $170 for cigarettes, they confirmed the receipt of the money, provided a non-existent China Post tracking number, and disappeared - I never heard from them since.

Two months have passed. I tried several times to contact them by email and through their website - never got any response.

They use only Paysend and Moneygram, don't accept any credit or debit cards or PayPal.

It looks like a clear scam to me.
