Cignafi contacted me by phone and advised that they were representing Blue Cross Blue Shield and wanted to come to my home to evaluate me to see if I was eligible for benefits within my plan. They also stated that they would give me a 40 dollar gift card to Target after the visit. I contacted Blue Cross Blue Shield and they stated that they did not contract with that company.
