I purchased a product that at first was not shipped until I filed a complaint with Paypal. Then arrives, but isnt what I ordered - and doesnt function.

The customer service resolution pulled out the time frame until it was over 30 days and then said I didn't qualify for their money back guarantee.

Do not shop from them, it is not a US company, tho they claim to be. ANd their knock-off products are Chinese made crap.
