I bought the product, paying via PayPal. It arrived about ten days later, mailed not from CA but from a street address in Glendale Heights, IL. (According to Google Maps, the Torrance address is an empty storefront, and the Glendale Heights address is inside the Westlake Plaza Shopping Center.)
The product is poorly designed and doesn't work. I contacted the company and asked for a refund. They offered me 20% of what I paid. I wrote back, reminding them of their "100% Money Back Guarantee." They then offered me a 40% refund. I insisted on the full 100%, as advertised — and they said they would comply ... after I, at my own expense, returned the product to an address IN CHINA.
