This scam, I found on craigslist in the San Diego, CA job section, when I typed in travel paid expenses in the search jobs box. Then look for the job where it says, Sales Reps needed we pay more. The person name is Ryan and his phone number is listed, with the company name Cingo Direct stating that fairs and events are located nationwide. And location is flexible. I called this guy Ryan on the phone stating that I were interested in the sales rep position I saw on craigslist list. He question me and asked me do I have any sells experience and what type of work I've done before. I stated my work history for him. He started explaining the job to me, then afterward, he asked me was I still interested and I told him yes. Then he said ok and I can start off selling, direct tv, at&t internet and home security alarms in my hometown. And he told me to text him my name, email address and the type of phone I'm using so that he can put it in the computer, so I can get started. After I texted it to his cell phonee on August 7, I didn't heard back from him until August 9. I've been texted and calling him since then. Finally, I got a text message on August 9. He said that he was sorry and the positions had been filled. Thanks for reaching out and best of luck. And I asked him why he told me that positions were open and that I was going to start in my hometown and that he will get back with me. And he said, with all respect, I don't have time to speak with you as about this right now. The positions were filled in the last 24 hours not at the time we talked and that I was a good fit. And that the information I gave him, he said was minimum and it will not be misused. I believe this is a scam because he told me I was going to start in my hometown. when he received my information that's when he started ignoring me and refuse to hire me.I told him that if any of my information is being use I'll report him. This person might use my personal information.
