On 10-20-2024 8:15 pm, children's clothing was ordered in the amount of $58.23 using my credit card and daughter's email. After 4 weeks my daughter was told that order was delivered. She emailed back that order not received. Cipition then indicated order was "lost during transportation." On 11-23-2024 Ciptiion emailed that the lost order was re-ordered and that "usually it will be sent out within 3 days." The tracking number provided 11-25-2024: C2S89666843CN does not work, and no product has been delivered to date 12-4-2024.

The scammer was contacted multiple times while I waited for the items to be shipped. There was tracking but when asked about arrival they sent me an update that said my package had arrived. I told them it had not and they offered to gift me one item from my purchase. I told them I wanted a full refund and they went back and forth through email with me, increasing the refund amount each time until they finally said they would apply for 100% refund. They have not made an attempt to refund the money and continue to repeat the same information from prior emails. Now the website has changed and my link in my email to the order page is not available any more.
