Warranty Company Contracted Plumbers Don't fix items

This plumber is contracted with my Home Warranty Company. I own several houses and Circa has been sent out numerous times to each of my houses for minor plumbing repairs. Not once was any of my problems fixed. The most recent was beginning of November for running toilet. Supposedly it was fixed, but tenant said it is worse than before and takes several flushes. I called my warranty company and Circa came back out and told tenant that is just how the toilet is and to hold down the handle! Seriously? They didn't do anything but make it worse. He also pointed out the toilet isn't bolted securely, but guess who bolted it down over a year ago? Yes, Circa, pointing out an incorrect repair that they did! Beginning of this year they were at my other house for bathroom faucet that we can't turn, handle broke off, was told that isn't covered. The other bathroom was starting to have the same problem and he sprayed WD 40 on it! I have had faucets replaced before when they weren't working correctly, and it was when warranty company used another, much better plumbing company. Numerous calls and service fees with problems made worse or not repaired at all. I either need to switch warranty companies or request different plumbers. Located in Brevard County Fl, and I believe Circa is based in Orlando.
