I received a letter asking to purchase some land that I jointly own with *** *** in Colorado. The person *** *** wanted me to sign a purchase agreement and then mail it back to him. I searched the BBB website for *** ***, Circle7Land company and did not find any information available. I then searched the address and it is a post office box. But the letter clearly identifies the address as a business address and not a post office box. I did not sign and return the letter of purchase but wanted to make you aware of this individual and his scam.
