A consumer received a package in the mail from Circleoutlets.com addressed as if they were the owner of that business, but they were not. They did not order anything from the business or are affiliated with the business at all, but found out Circleoutlets.com is somehow fraudulently using their residential address in Norfolk, VA on the ordering website. The consumer called the business at (334) 230-7488 from the website and no one answers. They also have a local 757 phone number, but that's not working either. The package contained a camera that a person from another state ordered. The receipt had the contact information of the person who ordered the camera, so they were able to contact him about his order that was sent to the wrong address. The person said he was waiting for the order for many months. Both victims suspected that Circleoutlets.com appears to be a fraudulent website. They reported them to the FTC and IC3.gov as an internet crime. They were advised to report it to the ScamPulse.com as well.

Update: The ScamPulse.com of Hampton Roads researched and determined that there is no such business registered in the State of Virginia.
