I logged in to what appeared to be the circut.com website. I started the process to place an order. When I went to the check out and hit paypal. It flipped me to a different web address that the one I was on. It put the payment thru. Pay Pal is denying a problem, but the fake web site is processing payments to an address in China. I am trying to see if my bank can stop the payment, but paypal is allowing htins company to propetuate a scam.
