I was sent a message on Facebook Messenger. I was then invited to speak to Toneya Sarwar on MS Teams for a quick interview. I was asked several questions about my work experience and work ethic. I was then approved to work for Cisco System (missing an S in Systems) Inc, and was sent an Offer Letter on company letterhead. I accepted the offer and here's where things took a turn for the worse. Toneya stated I would be getting $5,550 deposited to my bank account via ACH transfer. She then asked for my account's username and password. I adamantly refused and informed I would report this account for fraud and being an obvious scam. She kept insisting my account credentials were needed to monitor when their funds would arrive. As some "people" have proven to be untrustworthy in the past and would deny receiving funds.
