I placed an order with Cistalmode on 2/5/26 and never received my order. They stated it was delivered. I have been contacting them via email at [email protected] since 3/5/26 and told them I wanted a refund. They asked if they could refund me just 50% I said no I want all of my money back. It went back and forth and they stated they could give me 90% back. They said it would take 15-25 business days and it as been 32 days and nothing. I used a credit card to pay for that $34.64 order and now they have my info.
