Same experience as others

Literally the same as the previous two people. Got a couple of credit cards successfully "invalidated" as they claimed to do. Now, at least one of those debts has gone to a debt collector who started contacting me, 3 years after it was supposed to have been taken care of. Citadel has completely disappeared, providing no further information about anything, so I'm F'ed on this now. Spent money on the program with them, and now I'm going to end up paying more in the long run AND destroying my credit.

Worked with them for about two years Now ten years later I’m being sued and judgments by every company they claim to have validated. Worst lying company out there beware I lost so much money

Saw an ad for debt relief on Facebook

Had a gal call mee to inform mee of a program in which debt is “invalidated” by exploiting a contracted loop hole.

I was drowning in debt and paying more in interest rates per month than my total rent … then covid hit - lost my second job - single mom struggles.

I have decided to go with the program after doing what I thought was good research and communicating with my grandmother and a couple other trusted people who have been smart with business and their money in the past.

What was there to lose?

Well definitely more than I ever thought I also was unaware that I could just reach out to the credit companies and settle with them directly for pennies on the dollar… Through this company my credit score went from a 750 to a 400

I have collections and on top of it all

This “company” all of a sudden stops responding to my emails isn’t answering the phone now it’s going straight to a busy signal… It’s like they never existed but this all happened after I had paid my monthly dues and had completed my payments…

They hadn’t taking care of anything legally as promised and so I am in a worse off position then if I had taken my shots on settling my debts on my own

On top of it after the whole thing was said and done another company started to reach out to me claiming that they had retained Citadel‘s clientele and that they would be working with me… Not only did they get me deeper in the hole but when they realize that I wasn’t going to be paying a monthly fee and I had called the Better Business Bureau I have not had any more contact
