Last year around May I went to this job interview that was apparently paying 20+ for a front desk position with no experience, so I was like okay and I applied . I got an interview the next day with some ugly bald dude named Tony. The first red flag should’ve been the building the interview took place. It was literally rundown and bummy and it was those offices anyone can rent out. When i got to the interview there was a few people so I didn’t think anything of it. I was interviewing with this tony guy and he was so nice & welcoming and that’s how he got me. The whole time he didn’t even let me look at the contract and just wrote down my information for me. He told me I would have to pay $439 for training certification and uniform. I’m the type of person who doesn’t like to owe money so I gave him cash straight up lol big mistake. But yeah that ugly old [censored] b[censored] took my money & I contacted him so many times and he would deny it being a scam lol and then he went crazy on me. But he scammed me out of $439 and I never even got a training link from him LOL to this day I’m still waiting but yeah I was gonna take him to small claims but I was busy working & didn’t have time for all that but he’s a bum & scammer. Karma will deal with his [censored] lol, or I hope it already did that b[censored] made f[censored] but yeah don’t let these [censored] scam you. Once they ask you for money before you even start the job just leave lol don’t waste ur time with them.

Lady named Mary called me from phone +1 (704) 389-9654. She invited me for a job interview, but after we spoke I wasn’t able to find my outgoing application. I called back to ask about company name etc., but the line was busy all the time.

At the day of interview I received text message from phone number +1 (704) 389-9654 which I googled and here we are now.

Now they call themselves Allianz Multi Services. They have a pretty ugly website btw.
Interview address is 1501 Broadway, 43rd street, 12 floor (Paramount building).
And anyone btw can rent an office space in this building, I googled that too when I tried to prepare for an interview and find the company.

As I understood they make applicants pay for training and make people believe they would be hired after receiving it (which is not guaranteed). It’s a very old scam scheme.
Example: 12 years ago in other country my friend paid at the job interview “for a medical examination” (before work with food) and when he read his contract at home he found out he paid that guy for an informing that that job exists… Nothing more.
The same scheme here. Everything is “legal”. They say one things and you sign something different blinded by the great job interview.

Guys, please please read all documents before signing. Never let someone distract you from reading any paperworks, feel free to take your time, it’s your lawful right. Don’t hesitate to take your time and ask them to not distract you.

And please never pay “your future employer” ahead, usually it’s a sign of scam.

I’m really sorry for everyone got robbed by this people, I believe you all were trusting and kind people who never imagined that something like that would happen to you.

Thanks to everyone who shared, I wish anyone to find a dream job. Stay safe 🖤

Sorry, copy-paste didn’t work. Second phone should be +1 (973) 370-4562, they sent me a message from it…

Also weird thing that usually recruiters ask about comfortable day/time and this person wasn’t interested to ask when it’s comfortable for me or to inform me about the job…

In May 2023 I received a call from a woman named Karen calling me about a front desk position that I applied for on indeed. She told me that if I was hired I would need to pay $150 on the spot for training. When I went in for the interview, “Amy,” who I was supposed to interview with wasn’t there so I ended up interviewing with the “owner” who went by the name of “Tony.” I should’ve noticed all the red flags but I was eager to leave the job I was currently at. Tony said all the right things, a union job that pays $25 an hour, with great health care. He told me he supplied front desk and security guard services to commercial buildings in Manhattan like Chase Bank, the World Trade Center and more. He told me that once I was done with all the training he would assign me to a building and I would start working. I asked if I had to accept the job right then and there because I had another interview the next day. He told me the offer only stood that day because they were trying to fill positions quickly. I’m the dummy who paid using CASH-APP. This man let me quit my job knowing he wasn’t going to give me a job. I did all the training got certified and when I contacted him he said he was on vacation. I’ve tried calling but no answer. I went down to the business and it was a ghost town. Yes, we agreed to training and paid for training. BUT THERE IS NO JOB PAYING $25 AN HOUR WAITING FOR YOU ONCE YOU FINISH THE TRAINING. THAT IS THE SCAM! THEY LITERALLY CALL YOU SAYING THERE’S A FRONT DESK POSITION FOR $25 AN HOUR AND THERE ISN’T! THAT IS THE SCAM! I see Citi-Wide has responded to people saying they’re not scamming you because we paid for what we got but they are BAITNG AND SWITCHING! WHICH IS ILLEGAL AND SCAMMY! THEY ARE FASLE ADVERSTISING. If the owner literally told me I’d be working and now I’m not, then please explain who thisn’t a scam? Answer our calls and emails. They’ve been avoiding them for over a month. I feel used and taken advantage. So if Citi-Wide services sees this, please explain to me why did someone call me for a front desk position starting at $25 if there was none.

I also got called for an interview by a woman name Karen and I went to the interview on May 28, 2023 with that dude Santino or Salino whatever he told I have to pay $150 for the application and 799 for CPR, other training classes I was confused and that’s when I should’ve noticed the red flags especially when he kept asking me do I have credit cards so I could just pay for the whole thing right there. After he kept contacting me about the money so he can have me start working right away I cash app the $300 dollars and next day $499 he sent me the receipt and online training classes I passed them and sent it to him he left me on seen, next day I texted him saying “ when do I start working” he responded “ I’m in Long Island I’ll hit you when I get back this evening “ evening come no call or text from him, called him 3 times the next day he declining my calls and leaving my text on seen. THEY ALL SCAM! He even said it himself as soon I finish the CPR class I start work immediately. When I went to do the cpr training the place was a mess , they had 2 puppet females who looks unprofessional and a tall doofy clown “security guard”. They scams please don’t run into these people. They going to try the wrong person watch ! Get a real job scums.
Want my money back

These ppl called me and told me they had hotel jobs paying $25hr. When I came for my interview they told me i couldn't work until I paid $150. I returned to them the next week and gave Mr. Santino my $150 he had me sign a paper that he made sure I didn't read because he was talking to me the whole time. Then he tells me i must bring $345 in order to start work. After i reached home I opened the sealed envelope envelope with the contract and realized NO REFUNDS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Hello,

Now even if we were to believe this crazy story. You are one of the 98 percent of people on this site committing slander against our firm and did not fully go through the process and now playing a victim. Please stop. You knew the payments were non refundable its the first thing you see on the document that you signed. Because it's BOLD and highlighted yellow NON REFUNDABLE ALL PAYMENTS FINAL. Be honest you signed up wanted to back out realized payments are non refundable and upset you can't get the funds back and is now playing victim. Please stop this, its dishonest and just simply not true.

You should have paid the full price for all of your training courses, received your certifications/licenses and proceeded for job placement assistance. If you would never received training and job placement assistance you could have then turned around and say what you are saying about our firm. Otherwise everything you are saying is baseless and false. The opportunity for services has always been there for you take advantage, you backed out not us. Take some individual responsibility for the decisions you made and stop blaming us. It's ignorant and childish.

These ppl are very unprofessional I spoke to the bald headed guy was told $28 dollars and hr paid via debit card took pictures of my id and debit card also had my right down all my card info front and back of my card BIG RED FLAG! Was suppose to get an email for my classes and cpr class it’s been 3 weeks no email no call no text I’ll be wrong to go over there and turn tf up they be [censored]ing with the wrong ppl and don’t even know it! My aunt works for the fbi and me my hands works really well idgaf about the security guard down stairs when I was there he tried to talk to me I already filed a claim for my money which my card immediately reversed my payment I blocked them from any further charges and I also sent all info to my bank so they can have proof of his bull[censored]! Also I sent info to my aunt in Maryland she works for the head quarters! Idk about small claims bcuz I honestly wanna [censored] everyone up in that office

+2

Them bums

Hello,

Sorry you feel that way. But nothing we do is illegal. You signed up for training and received what you paid for. You also entered into a legal contractual agreement. We have all the documents and ID to prove you approved the payment for training. We will dispute your transaction, and it will be reversed back to us. As for your Aunt. Once she reads your enrollment agreement and sees that you were provided the services. You can stick a folk In your false and baseless claim. Just because you are upset with the process does make you right in this scenario. A scam is when you pay for something and don't receive what you paid for. This is not your case, you recieved exactly what you paid for. Good luck.

The bottom line is not one person paid for a job in anyway shape or form. You pay for training through a third party training school. Once all licenses and certifications are received we immediately begin the job placement assistance process. This is New York and we are a business. You can even find our business license information all over online. We have a website, a physical location, but most of all actual services. That everyone receives. We are aware that some of the time we can not satisfy everyone especially the people who did not fully go through our services.

But here are the facts and still stand today. 98 percent of the people complaining on this website did not go through our services. The people complaining on here are either ex disgruntle employees or people who only left a deposit, and decided not to move forward, and are really angry that they are unable to receive funds back, because they entered into a non-refundable contract. We have a strict no refundable policy for training cost. That is the bottom line.

We enrolled over several hundred people. If we were so terrible as a firm, you would see over several hundred more people complaining. But you will never see that. Because we actual do provide authentic services.

Again..We will mention that: What you pay for is training certifications and licenses nothing more, nothing less. If you weren't prepared to pay for training you shouldn't have signed a non-refundable contract for the training COST.

We believe that people should take individual responsibility for the decisions that they make and stop blaming others. We did not force, mislead, or trick anyone into signing up. Don't sign up for things that you are not 100 Percent sure of.

For the people who are reading these complaints, don't believe everything you read and miss out on our incredible services that have helped hundreds of people. Please use your reasoning and common sense. For the type of opportunities we have in our network of employers you will need training certifications and licenses to work at these locations that is also a fact. So with or without us you would have needed what you are paying regardless.

This site is design to sabotage companies and used for intimidation tactics to force a closure of our firm. Even after this site we still stand strong at the same location without changing the company name and moving the location. We are still here helping those who want our help. You have to ask yourself are you someone who thinks for themselves or go by what others tell you.

This place is a scam, they offer no training and no employment, they will simply take your money. Their phone number is 347-480-0529. B[censored]!

I came in for an interview on March 31st after receiving a phone call the night before saying that they would like me to come in after reviewing my resume. I had just woken up and excitedly agreed to come. Turns out I never sent them my resume, but I applied to several jobs and never in my life dreamed that someone would do this, so I didn't check (not an excuse). I went for the interview. There I paid out $949 for training once I was told I have the job and came home to see that the training does not guarantee a job. The hourly rate I was promised was $28 an hour. It was a good lesson to read the contracts you sign, no matter how friendly the individual asking you to sign. As I was signing, I was being told the exact opposite of what was written in the contract. Now I have $51 in my bank account.

During the interview, I was asked if I had a husband or children, as they would be covered under the health insurance. I now realize this was a question trying to determine if I have any support or back-up, for when I get scammed.

+8

I'm taking them to court if any would like to join me it greatly appreciated

And just as an FYI, the $949 was hard-earned money.

no matter how hard they try to deny it, if there are so many people who feel scammed and cheated by your "company", then maybe do some self reflection instead of DEFLECTION.

I went in for a front desk receptionist interview claiming they were paying $25/hr in November, took the level 2, paid $800, was run around with training (I had to contact them about training because they would not initiate), and finally was connected with Mr. Scott for placement in FEBRUARY. NOVEMBER TO FEBRUARY. and now I'm currently working as a security guard for $17 an hour under this company called Planned Companies. I contacted Mr Scott about better opportunities but he has no intention on getting back to me.

Does that make sense?
Receptionist $25 -> Security $17?

There were so many red flags that I looked over because of sunk cost fallacy rule. Don't be like me. Don't fall for this. You don't need all these certificates and licences for an administrative job. It's unnecessary and they just want your money.

+7

And before that b[censored] comes here being defensive, “we said UP TO 25"…okay. Where is it then? You said up to 25. I see 17. I see 16. I see more, 17. If there are jobs paying up to 25, then where are they? Are you helping anyone get them? Or are you dangling that line like a carrot in front of people and then only providing jobs that pay 17?

How do I file a complaint because I want my money back !? Does anyone know ?

+8

Go to report fruad.ftc.gov

They make it seem like the interview was a breeze and offer you 2 packages . You’re basically doing all the steps yourself , which you can do without the company . They just want names under their belts for whatever reason . They do NOT help you with placement . After you complete all the bs tasks then they send you some company’s for YOU yourself to call and set up interviews. That’s not what help with placement means . I got my fingerprints done with guardian group services but I haven’t received any money back from citywide services because it was “ part of my package “ this business Is an absolute fraud . DO NOT WORK HERE. They will make the interview seem like a breeze . DO NOT WORK HERE

+8

She rushes the entire interview, get's on her phone while discussing paperwork that she rushes you to sign as well as trys to get you to spend nearly $1000.

She will tell you all the things about the job as if she's going to hire you just so you can get lured in. You can tell how uneducated she is.

+4

Sketchy building and there is an ignorant woman by the name of Mrs Lopez who consistently wants you to spend almost $1000 for the job. Asks too many dumb questions and uses her phone. [censored] needs a new job! She looks miserable.

+5

THE WAY THEY ADVERTISE IS A GOOD FORM OF PROPAGANDA. I WAS INTERVIEWED BY A Puerto Rican WOMAN WHO'S IMAGE HAS BEEN POSTED ON HERE, SHE IDENTIFIES AS ''MRS.LOPEZ''. Very unprofessional woman who answers FaceTime calls during this so called interview but wants to rush you while signing off paperwork. Given their response to many complaints just shows how unprofessional they are. Thankfully I audio recorded her unprofessionalism and will be reporting this behavior.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM MRS LOPEZ AND THIS ENTIRE [censored] SHOW.

+6

crazy! I had a similar experience. she charged me $350 but kept pushing me to use $799.

We have already provided a rebuttal to all 8 negative comments about our firm. So we will not go into any further discussions. Choose to believe what you want to believe. Please keep in mind that we have enrolled over several hundred individuals in the past several years. And only 8 negative complaints you will find are from the same person. Where are the other several hundred people complaining?

We are aware that as a business we will have dissatisfied customers and people who have selective hearing, or very opinionated people who only want to believe what they want to believe where nothing is ever based on facts. and we can accept that. But that is not the case. These people are flat out lying about us. and we must rebuttal it.

The individuals you see complaining are individuals, that are either ex-disgruntled employees, a client who wanted to back out after signing a non-refundable contract and after receiving training and try to get money back, and people who never made it down to the office and assume we are a scam and post it.

A person does not pay for a job, and every single person that enrolls, is aware of that. They pay for Training certifications and licenses. Everything that is being said is based on opinion and obvious frustrations, because these people think that training should be free, and unfortunately for them it's not. For the 2 people who did go through training and placement services, one of you did not have a High Diploma and try to obtain a job for $27 an hour which is impossible, and then had the nerve to deny gainful employment paying $16 to $19 an hour after receiving multiple job offers with in our network. We tell people that the earning potential is UP TO $25 an hour not what the actual amount you will receive at the job sites, the job sites have the final say, which was also explained. Now if your English and ability to read and comprehend things is the reason for any confusion or misunderstanding you may have had when you were in our office, just say that, not spread lies. Unfortunately you want the world to revolve around the way you think things should be, and because it's not, you want to spread lies. We do not force, lure, seduce, or trick anyone into enrolling with us. If he or she is not mentally prepared to pay for training courses, we would rather you walk out. Because the reality is that there are people out here that are enrolling and getting certified, and we are helping them get work everyday. That's why 8 complaints does not bother us. Also videotaping someone and posting it online without their PERMISSION is against the law. Once we identify who did that to one of our employees you will be prosecuted.

We do have a major network of job sites and we have a very high placement rate. You don't pay for a job, you pay for certifications and licenses. Payments are non refundable when you pay for these courses, your best bet is to complete the training, get your certifications and go through the process of having us help you get a job in our network. In a nutshell do not sign up for something that you are not 100 percent sure of, instead of pointing the finger, take individual responsibility. One last thing, We are currently compiling a list of people who went through the process and received all training paid for, and obtained employment within our network. We will post all of their reviews and provide proof and evidence of actual results of people who follow our instructions and go through our process. So, you can stop lying and spreading false, baseless, opinions, accusations about our firm.

We refuse to be intimidated by any of you. We stand by our company and our services and we will continue to enroll individuals who want the training and want us to help them find employment within the sites we work with. Let this be a lesson for people who want to play victim or pretend to play victim. Read contracts before signing, don't sign up for things you are not 100% sure about, listen carefully to what is actually being said. Learn how to take individual responsibility for the decisions you make and stop blaming others.

SCAM‼️‼️‼️‼️

You know these guys are a scam when they have to write a whole essay explaining why they're not a scam. AVOID AVOID AVOID

They are SCAMMERS! Lookout for the phone call from a google number even their office is sketchy. You’d be surprise with how much information you can get about this business and the people associated with it by doing some basic google searches. I will be taking legal action ASAP. I’m taking names and numbers and everyone scamming there and behind the “business” will legally be held accountable.

The only person that will get legal action taken against them is you. For defamation of character, libel and slander. Having people pay for courses is not illegal. That's why your user name is "exposing the scammers", because you know that if we had your real name you will be taken to court immediately. What is your real name? You feel so strongly about us being a scam right, lets go to court, let the courts decide. Instead you are a coward and rather spread lies on bogus sites just as this one, and hide behind an anonymous name. You guys crack us up. Get your facts straight before making false claims. So what we use google numbers. We are living in 2023, why pay a phone company, when we can get it for free. keeps overhead low and saves the company a lot of money yearly. Make sense when making comments. You sound very uneducated.

THIS COMPANY IS A BIG SCAM! THIS COMPANY ACTUALLY POSTS JOBS POSING AS EMPLOYERS. THEY CALL YOU IN FOR AN INTERVIEW. THEN THEY TELL YOU YOU CAN HAVE THE JOB YOU APPLIED FOR, HOWEVER IT REQUIRES CERTAIN TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS. AMY WHO IS THEIR RECRUITER IS A DOWN RIGHT LIAR. SHE TOLD US THAT ONCE WE PAID $649, COMPLETED ALL THE TRAINING WHICH WE DID, GOT ALL THE LICENSES WHICH WE DID AND TOOK ALL KINDS OF TESTS FOR FIREGUARD, SECURITY LIC, OSHA TRAINING, ETC, THAT THERE WOULD BE THE POSITION AS A CONCIERGE (THE JOB WE APPLIED FOR ON LINE, AND THEY RESPONDED TO) IN DOWNTOWN MANHATTAN PAYING ANYWHERE FROM $24 TO $27 PER HOUR ,UNION JOB WITH BENEFITS, WAITING FOR US.WE GOT ALL THE CERTIFICATIONS, HOWEVER, NO JOB FOR US. WE ARE BEING SENT ON RIDCULOUS INTERVIEWS ALL OVER MANHATTAN BY MR. SCOTT, PAYING FOR BUS FARES, TRAIN FARES, ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THEY ARE PAYING $16.50 TO $18 AN HOUR WITH NO BENEFITS. YOU COULD WORK IN MCDONALD'S FOR THAT MUCH MONEY! WHEN I TEXTED MS. AMY, CONCERNED ABOUT WHAT WAS HAPPENING, NO REPLY, WHEN I CALLED HER, NO REPLY, WHEN I HID MY PHONE NUMBER, THEN SHE ANSWERED TELLING ME SHE'S ON VACATION , TO CALL HER BACK IN A FEW DAYS. I CALLED HER BACK , BUT SHE OF COURSE IS NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE. I DID GET IN TOUCH WITH THEIR VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER RICHARD, WHO DID NOTHING BUT TALK OVER ME BASCIALLY TELLING ME YOU THIS IS WHAT YOU PAY TO GET INTO THE INDUSTRY, AND HAVE TO WORK YOUR WAY UP! MUCH DIFFERENT FROM WHAT AMY THE RECRUITER PROMISED.. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY A PENNY, AND IF YOU HAVE ALREADY BEEN SCAMMED, I RECOMMEND CALLING YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY LIKE I DID, DEMAND A FULL REFUND, REPORT THE SCAM TO THE AUTHORTIES, BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS. YOU CAN ALSO BRING THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT FOR $20... SUE THEM FOR ALL YOUR EXPENSES PLUS THE HUMILIATION OF BEING OFFERRED $16.50 AN HOUR , DRESSING UP IN A SUIT AND TIE, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, ETC.. SHAME ON THIS ENTIRE COMPANY AND THE COCKROACHES THAT WORK THERE!

+9

Oh no we definitely remember who you are. Your the lady that paid for her husband to take the training. And your husband is an immigrant, that doesn't even have a high school diploma and doesn't speak English well nor can write well. We still decided to help this person. You requested refund and we denied that refund because your husband had taken training and received what he paid for. You thought he was paying for a job, not one time did we accept fees for employment services from you or him. When you called us about this matter you called yelling, cursing, and insulting us just like you are doing here. You can report to whomever. We have all the paperwork, email threads, text messages and recorded calls of you yelling and cursing at us. We are literally waiting on all those agencies to contact us about your case. We are going to make an example of you. You are lying to the people. Your husband was offered multiple job opportunities he just denied them. He does not qualify for a job that even pay $22 an hour what makes you think he was getting $27.00 an hour. We are literally on stand for the day we see you in court.
