I bought one lousy TV because I broke my roommate’s when I was fixing drapes. Best Buy recommended I apply for a credit card. I received a limit of $2,500. The company was negligent and lost my information (or outright internally stole from me; I wish preexisting conditions on all their offspring) to the tune of criminals that should be doing prison time stealing from me and running up a tab of $4,000 or so. The login information was changed, the card was closed, and Best Buy/Citi bank informed my I owed them $280. I told them that was fraudulent as well, however, if they swore to leave me alone, I would send that that last scrap. They [censored]ing swore to me: “the account is permanently closed, the card is cancelled, it cannot be reopened, and the fraud case was settled.” Not those pedophiles spinning the block one more time to break my kneecaps, accusing $1,900 of those fraudulent charges to be reclassified as my responsibility. I say a prayer daily and pick up the phone when they call to reiterate to them where their place is on this earth: behind the bars with Shawn Combs. It’s disgusting what corporations allow themselves to do to innocent, hard-working individuals like myself. No sense of accountability, the department is closed, that isn’t my department, so on and so forth for months.
