I responded to an online posting about beagle puppies. The scammer said he had puppies, sent pictures, video's etc. Required $780 payment vial Zelle. Should have known then. The kicker is they used a legit shipper business as a front and almost scammed us out of another $3800. They say they have the puppy ready to be transported, but the crate is not in compliance with regulations. Gives you options to buy or rent a crate and asks for urgent attention and payment.

It’s actually pet scammers. They had given me information based on a dog I was going to adopt. I searched up the company that they used and was liable until they contacted me that the dog had passed away that they are going to give my deposit back and they haven’t given me anything at all. I have the emails that made the transaction seem very real and the messeges as well.

I was searching for a German shepherd puppy and I found this ad on pennswood

So I contacted the seller and he said he would take care of the shipping all I had to was pay for the puppy. To pay I would have to western union $300 to the shipping company that was shipping the dog. I received and email from a mark Morgan of citizen shipper and gave me the name and where to western union the money. So I did and then he contacted me yester on 4/11/2017 and said he needed another $2438 for insurance to ship the dog. At this point I contacted the dog owner and he refused to answer my calls but texted me and his name is Francis lane his number (701)-203-8453 and email is [email protected] he proceeded to tell me he could pay $1700 of the $2400 and I need to pay the rest or the dog would be sent to quarantine and would have to stay there for two months because I couldn't pay to ship it. So I contacted the shipping company once again to see what the real reasoning was they concluded the call with saying the dog would be sent to quarantine and along with my $300 and the quarantine company would call me with 24 hours with more information on the puppy and how to get my money or the dog.
