Very Convincing
So far, I’ve come up with nothing directly involving this company. CitrusAd (citrusad.com) is a real company and has great reviews from both customers and employees. They have job listings on the all the usual legit job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor).
The company LinkedIn profile matches the company description on their website as well as identifiable employees that are also found on the company website. The email is also signed by someone whose name and picture I’ve found on the company website as well as her LinkedIn profile.
These scammers did a very convincing job impersonating this company.
Trust your gut instinct and remember the old adage: If it seems too good to be true…

JOB DUTIES
-Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
-Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
-Collate and distribute mail
-Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
-Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
-Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
-Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping.
Position: Customer Service Representative/ Data Entry/ Administrative Assistant.
Pay: $25 per hour.
Work Location: Remote (USA)
