Lost entire year with them

I signed contract with them last year to be first first on first page all cities inside 15 miles radius from my zip code, also paid them to rank website and 8 months later I’m not on first page , website rank is close to zero
Google my bussines has only 10-15 cities first page out of 43
I gave them much time as much to make it work
They said it would take 3 months and has been 8 months or so
Worse company ever
I regret to work with them
I tried the first time , horrible and I was dumb enough to try the second time
The contract says money back if we don’t bring to first page in 3 months something like that
Money back guarantee and now they won’t refund me

This review is for Citylocalpro which also goes by qualityresource. Several months ago I realized citylocalpro had double and triple charged me each month over a period of 14 months. I get accidents could happen, but I spoke with 4 different persons at this company, 2 of which claimed they were managers and no one seemed concerned on how this could happen. Nor did I receive an apology, only that they said they would get my money back to me. I can only assume it's company policy. It has been 8 weeks since they've been "working on it" (which is what I get every week) and they still have not returned my money.
I'm sure they will disregard this review as they have the other poor reviews. And I will say, my experience has been the same as the other 1 star reviewers.
I hired this company to develop landing pages and use keywords to have me show up first on google. The verbiage of these pages were written as if English was not their first language. I had to work with them for 2 weeks to get the wording to sound normal. Furthermore, the keyword phrases they have me ranked first on are not even relevant. You can search the top keywords on google for your services. I've been asking for specific keywords and I keep getting "we'll work on it". Invest your money elsewhere or keep a close eye on what your paying.

Unauthorized charges

Unauthorized charges, not good communication, the sales person said he would go over there work and to make sure I was happy with what they had done each month before they charged me for the next. This never happened in 4 months of service and promises.

They are a bunch of scammers, I worked for them and when I found out that they not only didn't care about their employees, paying them a disgraceful 11 an hour and they would speak to us in a very demeaning manner, they would speak of the customer in terms of money only, not looking for the business best interest but only to stiff them out of lots of money. I DO NOT recommend you work with these sketchy individuals.

I am writing this experience in order to tell all of you that I own a Limo Car Business in Brooklyn, NY. And from the Last 6 Months, I am getting continuous leads in increasing order and I am profiting from my Business listing on CityLocal Pro.

I share the experience of the person above. I received harassing phone calls to sell various website services. I called the city & county the firm is located in and they confirmed they do not have any such name of a firm as a registered business with a license to operate. Now I'm going through months of relentless cybersecurity breeches and email threats of sending money to BitCoin and constant cybersecurity breeches that ruined my website traffi. I found my business listed in their directory which I did not authorize or request. Notice that none of the positive reviews have an acutal business name listed so one can fact check the review. I believe this site is operated outside of the US, and it is a major hub of ransom emails going out.

Roman, as he names himself, called me to offer online services, such as website development, directories, SEO, and other services that could give me leads. He constantly called me day after day to press me into buying his services. I found fake reviews on Google and Facebook. I couldn't find their business on Google Street View. I am not sure whether they are a trustworthy company or not, but the evidence point to the latter.
