The first call was a recording saying our account will be suspended.
The second call was a male. He said that he was with the City of Austin and he needed to speak to the person in charge of the accounts. I asked him if I could help him. He said that our account was delinquent. I asked his name and he claimed his name was Josh Smith. When I called back it was a female and when I tried to get more info she hung up on me.
We reported this to the actual city of Austin.
