Post rentals on Craigslist, then when they respond to your reply to the listing, use the usual rental scam tactics of money up front, require all driver's license info and pictures of front and back, and can't see the unit in person or go to their office. Checked office address, and it doesnt exist. It's an empty building up for lease.

They appear legitimate because they have a website, however none of the pictures, or units, actually go to anything except an email portal. One big circle.
