This person, Paige Collins of supposedly "City Serve of Contra Costa County" called two days in a row leaving a voicemail. Details are: She (Paige Collins) is scheduled between 3 p.m. - 5. p.m. on 5/17/18 serve me with legal documents to sign. (Mentions has my social security number) If unable to gain my signature at my residence, will have no choice but to serve me at my place of employment where she will need a supervisor or have security available to sign off. And if unable to reach me at either of these locations she will document that as a direct refusal, and will miss my supposed court date, that legal proceedings will continue. At the time of service occurs, (here's the kicker) have a photo id available preferable my driver's license. She recommends I contact the filing party's office at 1-877-727-1390.

This sure seems like a phishing scam.

Maddie Wagner from city serve said she was trying to reach my boyfriend and would be serving him with papers tomorrow from 3-5pm. She claimed to be a process server contracted by our local county. Told me to call back 855-246-0395 and have a case number to reference. I have received several text messages and phone calls from family friends and relatives stating they received the same message from the woman stating his name in the voicemail. Quick google search shows the same thing from many people from all over the country.

They call making like they were going to come to my job to serve me on a check-n-go loan from 2009. I talk the people and they calling people around me I don't see anymore.

Called saying I wa going to be "served" and would be at my home and/or place of business between 3 and 5 pm. No one showed up. Threatened court proceedings against me for non compliance. After looking on the web this sounds like a server extortion scam. Did not call them back
