They called my place of employment and told my manager i was being sued and needed to call them back. When i spoke to them they said that i owed a company $749. And that i needed to pay it or they will sue me. I looked into the company and its a PO box and when i told them i felt they were fake and i was going to call a lawyer they got nasty and kept hanging upon me. When i called they place i "owed" money to they said that i didnt owe anything.

Calls threatening to sue, and have a warrant served to my home address and to my spouses work address, calling my husbands job and leaving same messages with hr department.

Some ladies have been calling me about a debt "kay jewlers" well we have paid this a while ago so it made no sense. the lady on the phone was very rude and threatened to garnish our checks and send us to court if we didn't pay 500$ by Friday but our debt to begin with was 192$. We got really scared and confused so we called kay jewlers they stated that the account has been closed and that what we where stating sounded like a scam because debt collectors are not aloud to harass you or threatened you they told us to check our credit. We checked our credit and the debt shows as Account closed!!! When I told the lady on the phone this she stated it was closed but that they re opened it and that she didn't have to explain anything to me hung up but ended up sending me an email with a letter from "director" of the company but when I goggled their address it came up as a post office in California.
