Called CTC from online list for Samsung washer appliance repair. Gentleman came to house, he said he replaced control panel, charged $479.36 and left. It worked for a week, then stopped. Called the number on receipt and was hung up on. Repeated calls went unanswered. HAd to call another appliance repair company. Technician said control panel was not replaced. City to City, or CTC appliance repair is a fraud. Beware.
