After having completed all theory modules and practical driving sessions, and having passed all the theory tests at the SAAQ, I asked the school for a certificate of completion to present, to which they obliged. However instead of certifying I had completed all the requirements, it falsely had checked off the box that I had failed rather than passed. The school never disclosed that and claimed that had given me valid proof of attestation to take the road test at the SAAQ which they had lied. They then tried to extort more money for extra lessons at a premium price.
