Where are my Kirk Franklin Tickets

My husband purchased 2 Lawn Reserved spots back in May 2022. We printed the ticket conformation, but have Never been able to Print them? He called, emailed and each email either cannot be opened or refers up to Ticket Master! The Concert is July 22, 2022 and we cannot get the proper assistance. I am starting to think that we've been scammed, endless circles, no call backs from Cityticketsonline.org This is NOT Acceptable.

I bought 4 tickets to a Basketball game from CITITICKETSONLINE.COM. The game was rescheduled for a another date.
Therefore, they took my money, but due to circumstances beyond my control, the tickets did not allow me the access to the game on the date I could attend. In other words, I chose a specific date for an event, bought the tickets from them, but they did not allow me access to the game. I feel cheated, not because the event was cancelled, but because they refuse to refund my money.
They are using an "All sales are final" clause to get out of refunding my money.
As I understand it, that clause is used when someone just wants to cancel the purchase, NOT WHEN WHAT THEY SOLD BECOMES USELESS!
I was cheated out of what I bought, and refused a refund.
I want my money refunded.

I used this service to purchase two tickets for the Gordon Lightfoot show at the reopening of Massey Hall . Since CityTicketsOnline is a reseller, I knowingly paid a premium of about twice the original price for my tickets. However, the charge on my credit card statement was much higher because, to my surprise, the charge was in US dollars. On careful review of the CityTicketsOnline website there is disclosure that prices are in US dollars but you have to read the fine print to discover this. For Canadian customers they should be much more transparent with this disclosure and I feel duped. I will never use this service again.

On 05/04/2019, I went to their website www.cityticketsonline.org to purchase a parking spot for an event in San Francisco. It was $32.18 dollars and they emailed me a receipt and told me where the parking lot was located 224 Townsend Street in San Francisco. When I arrived at the parking spot the business was boarded up and closed. I called the number provided on the email 1 (415) 896-4726 and person on the phone told me the business had been closed down for two years and they are no longer in business. I had to go a different lot and park there instead. The theater had no idea who this website was. I had to change my debit card number and despute the charge with my bank. Also they now have my address, phone number and email address. I thought I was purchasing a parking spot at a legitamate website but I was unfortunately wrong. Now I’m worried about that website having my personal information too. Their website “sells” theater seat tickets too, some tickets are $300 or more. I don't want more people to get scammed by this website. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. I would like all my personal information to be deleted from their database.

City Tickets Online is a fraudulent and illegal business.

I went on the website for the specific venue that I wanted to buy tickets from and was unwittingly redirected to City Tickets Online. Attached are the e-tickets that I thought I purchased. I paid $73 per ticket for Orchestra seats, with a service charge of about $27 each for a total of $299.22. However, in examining the “tickets” that were sent to me, they state that they cost $39.50 for obstructed view seats and they were issued to someone else's name, whom I have never heard of.

The means by which this purported business is going about selling what may or may not be valid tickets is fraudulent and deceptive and they are engaging in unlawful practices.

After calling the concert venue directly, I was advised that the venue is in no way affiliated with City Tickets Online, but that this purported business actually creates websites that look exactly like the venue’s website and route unsuspecting buyers to them to buy tickets which may or may not be honored by the venue. The venue said that City Tickets Online deceptively created a fraudulent website to look like theirs and even represented their phone number to be the venue’s phone number on the fraudulent website.

Not only are potential buyers being deceived, but so are venues which sell tickets for shows and concerts.

Additionally, a search of City Tickets Online reveals a multitude of complaints that they are a complete scam and that people have shown up to shows with tickets they have bought through them only to learn that the tickets were fraudulent.
