*****PLEASE NOTE- THE PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS GIVEN ON THE FIRST PAGE ARE NOT REAL.THEY DO NOT LIST A PHONE NUMBER AND THE ScamPulse.com WEBSITE WILL NOT ACCEPT THE ONE THEY LISTED. YOUR WEBSITE WOULD NOT ALLOW BLANK ANSWERS TO PROCEED **** On July 14, 2023 I saw on Instagrams a website for deeply discounted prices for products from Bed Bath and Beyond. I went to the website and did some shopping. The website claimed that if I spent over $39.99 the shipping would be free and I would receive my purchases by July 19, 2023. On July 19th I sent an email to the address to inquire on my order (Ciutyf.shop). I have not received any response.

Today I decided to go online and look up the website and had seen that malwaretips.com had reported it as a fraudulent website. malwaretips.com gave this site for assistance and also the Government fraud website to report.

I Thought it was bed bath and beyond website placed an order for several items totally $43 after placing an order and putting in my payment information I realized that upon researching trying to find out a way to confirm order or to Get some shipping information I found nothing that's when I realized it was not a legitimate website. The site is ciutyfshopcom

I saw this on FB and looked into it. As the prices were quite low. Then looked at the real *** **** ****** site and saw the real prices of these items, and realized it was a scam. Looked into it further and then came here to report it. Shipping is just Warehouse in the US. No phone number listed.

A FB ad for Bed, Bath & Beyond. I did cursory internet research, it seemed legit. I made a purchase for $63.13 around noon EST from this website: https://www.ciutyf.shop/collections/outdoor?campaign_id=%7B%7Bcampaign.id%7D%7D&...⇄ /> 2nd purchase a few hours later for $68.00, same website layout from here: https://www.peneloper.shop/collections/best-seller?fbclid=IwAR1Om1TI38Cg40f63Qa3...⇄ /> I did a search for website, found not info about a scam, so didn't notice the website name change the second time. I received Delta Community Credit Unit fraud alert via text, spoke to a representative stateside who also made purchases and felt they were legitimate.
After second purchase, called son to let him know about the crazy prices. He immediately found this: https://malwaretips.com/blogs/ciutyf-shop/
The tactic was easy, a Facebook ad that appeared legitimate earlier in the day, my first purchase and many comments about checking for scam and site was legit. Made sense because I shopped at BB&B late last month and floor rep said merchandise in open stores was not BB&B but from other companies closing out and also bankrupt.
After son found the malware site, I went back to Facebook to find the add, found it with the newer website listed (see above), so alerted via the comments to your ScamPulse.com site and the FTC Fraud website, also included the malware website.
I've never fallen for a scam, the ridiculous prices seemed odd, but the website verbiage throughout did not seem missing parts of Standard English that trigger a scam email, website, or even phone calls. I've learned a lot today.
Tomorrow, a.m., I go to my Delta branch to get new card and give more information. I blocked my card from use about an hour ago (about 6pm EST), and am now in the process of changing all passwords.
Thank you, and any information you can pass along on how to stop fraudulent loans, mortgages, and more that I can't even imagine right now, please pass that along. Thanks again.

I Placed an order and they took more money than the order was. I found it's a total SCAM. I'm at a total loss here.

I bought some products from https://www.ciutyf.shop/ which I thought were bed baths and beyond the store website. After paying, I recognized the web address is not a bed bath and beyond the website, then looked up online and saw that this website is a scam website, then I contacted the credit card about this fraud transaction.
